If you’re a smartphone user, you may be aware of just how handy mobile apps can be.

From shopping and online banking, to watching TV shows and booking flights, there’s an app for pretty much anything these days.

Customers are accustomed to downloading and using apps on a regular basis and this has become an extension to our mobile experience. In fact, this graph shows just how popular app downloads were in 2016, 2017 and also what’s predicted for 2021.

As this year draws to a close, we look at the main reasons why having an app for your business will improve sales in 2018. So if you don’t have a business app already, now’s the time to start thinking about it.
