What information do we collect?

Through our website you may submit an enquiry using our online form. The information you submit will be used to answer queries, deal with your account or will be used to contact you regarding industry news or information about our products and services.

When downloading any of our free resources material you will have the opportunity to confirm whether you are happy to be contacted by Huddled. If you select that you are happy to be contacted by us, the contact details you provide may be used to get in touch with you regarding information about our products or services by email or telephone.

If you have opted to receive our newsletter, your information will be used to distribute the requested newsletter.

We use third party email marketing tools, such as MailChimp, to distribute our newsletters and relevant marketing information. We also store email data on their systems and check the performance of our email campaigns for statistics such as open and click rates, which are all held to high industry standards.

There are only a select number of staff that have access to the systems where we hold your data, which is password protected. We don’t share your data with any third parties, except the email marketing tools previously mentioned.
